Terms governing your use of Okido services.

Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply between Okido ("Okido") and organizations and users who register for or use the Okido platform ("You"). By using or registering for the service, you accept these Terms.
Scope of service
Okido is a cloud platform for sports organizations and schools, including Okido completion, task lists, fee tracking, development records, announcements, reports, and a contacts portal. Features may change over time.
Account and organization responsibility
You must provide accurate registration information. The organization administrator is responsible for user access, accuracy of staff/contacts data, and legal compliance (including KVKK). You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
Subscription and payment
Okido is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is published at okido.app/en/pricing/. After the trial period, monthly billing applies based on active staff. Payments are processed via Stripe. Non-payment may result in suspension.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are prohibited:
- Unauthorized access or attempts to bypass security
- Uploading malware or disrupting the service
- Unlawful processing of others' personal data
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized resale of the service
Intellectual property
Okido software, branding, interface, and documentation belong to Okido. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the duration of the service. Data belonging to your organizations remains yours.
Changes and availability
Okido may add, modify, or discontinue features. Temporary outages may occur for maintenance or force majeure; we use reasonable efforts to maintain availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Okido is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Your organizations is primarily responsible for the content of staff/contacts data and its legal compliance.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription or close your account. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated. Data retention after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
